I'm Janelle, from Sacramento, California.

I never understood the saying, “You are what you eat”.


Because I grew up watching my mom and even my grandma eating whatever they wanted.


And they both aged gracefully in a way that feels virtually impossible for most women today. And, of course, they always ate whatever they wanted.


Even after having 2 kids and 5 kids respectively, mom and grandma managed to keep their figures well into their “golden years”.


Meanwhile…I started feeling the pinch in my pants right after my first daughter was born. And it only got worse after I had her sister…

I put up with the discomfort for years, until I'd had enough, and set out to do something about it.

So, naturally, I tried everything.

I went on every popular diet you can think of. Keto, paleo, vegan, low carb, slow carb, and no carb…you name it, I tried it.

Same goes for workouts. Boot camps, cross training, spin classes, and even yoga…which only made me more stressed out trying to juggle my crazy schedule.

At most I would lose 2 or 3 here and there…only for the stubborn “extra padding” to come back with a vengeance.

Then one day it hit me…I NEVER saw Mom and Grandma doing all this stuff! So, what gives?

Well…that sent me down a research rabbit hole that led me to the jaw dropping presentation I’m about to share with you.

The most important factor in getting fit today is NOT diet, exercise, or even genetics.


Instead, it’s important to reclaim the lost nutrients in our food that have been buried under artificial ingredients and industrial toxins.

Without any change to what I eat…I’m already down by 75 pounds, and I couldn’t be happier!
